Hi ! – Coach Sue here from MyhealthStyle. Do you have morning routines? They’re really helpful to keep you accountable for the important things to begin your day. Even if we veer off in the wrong direction, we can still get up again and keep going the next day.
One of my favorite healthy morning routines is to start with a “tonic” of sorts. There are two varieties which I will pass along from this article that I have used repeatedly for years. They’re great to mix up and do what tastes best for you. This just rev’s up your body, helps to start it off right after sleeping all night, boosts your immune system, and is a huge support for our heart and organs to function well. This is not a magic pill but a good start to getting your body in a groove for some lifestyle changes we all need. Even the healthiest of people need this and I know I feel good when I start my day off in a healthy manner. Kind of keeps my brain in that positive mode all day.

Let me know what you think. One helpful hint: Start with 1/4 teaspoon of ACV (Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar is one of the best) and build up to a teaspoon. It’s strong for some people and also very powerful so go slow. Don’t forget the recommendations for ORGANIC, RAW, FILTERED WATER. Very important part of the process.
